The exam fee (Payable to CIOB) is £447.00

Thought Labs recommends joining CIOB as a part-time paying student. This is currently £52.00 / year

Professional Review

If you already have a degree and five years construction management experience, or a built environment degree and three years experience, you are ready for Professional Review.

Professional Review + 1-1 preparation, mentorship and the PR assessment £347.00

that's the same cost as submitting directly to CIOB without support!

Accreditation of Prior Experience (APEL)

Holders of ICIOB and ACIOB, can be assessed against the academic criteria to be eligible for the Professional Review.
